• Attachments in tickets

If adding attachments feature is enabled by the site admin, clients can add the attachments to their tickets.

They will see the additional info about the allowed extensions and the maximum attachment size.

If you send a new ticket or a reply by email, you can also add attachments to your email (the way you usually do).
