• Default signatures

The default signatures for the agent, manager, and admin can be set up by the site owner/ admin in the backend. It will be displayed in each ticket, as in the below example:

  • Support staff individual/ own signatures

Depending on the role and permissions set in the backend by the site owner/ admin, the agent, manager, or admin can also add their own signatures to the reply. In order to do so, they need to follow these steps:
– click “Edit signature”:

– their WP-Admin > Users > Profile will open in the new tab, where they can set up the signature (plain text or HTML):

A default signature will be used if the staff members have no signature of their own.
If they edit and use their own one, the default signature will be replaced. If they edit and delete their own signatures, the default one will be applied again.
