If the EDD integration is enabled (WP-Admin > Almighty Support > Configuration > Integrations), the “Client info” panel will appear.
There are two options to display the single/ individual ticket. With the client’s info in the panel on the right collapsed or expanded:


The detailed, EDD related information provided is:
– client’s username and email address
– registration date
– link to the EDD Profile
– client’s total spending
– purchase history
– licenses keys

If the EDD integration is enabled, an additional link to the client’s latest tickets is also created in the EDD profile:
